The Dover YMCA is offering an Adult Basketball League!

This is an opportunity for fun, fitness, and community through the sport of basketball! This league is meant to be a fun way to get exercise and meet new people! Teams can sign up together or individuals can sign up as a free agent and be either picked up by a registered team or placed on a free agent team. We expect all players in our league to adhere to league policies, player codes of conduct, and our mission as the Cleveland County Family YMCA.

All games will be in the evening on Tuesdays and Thursday nights starting at 6:00pm. Tentative start date for games is April 14th. Mandatory Coaches meeting at 6:00pm on Tuesday April 7th at the Dover YMCA (411 Cherryville Rd, Shelby, NC 28150).

Registration runs Feb. 2nd-April 5th. The price is $500 per team.

If you are having trouble finding a team to play on you can register in our Free Agent division and be placed on a free agent team. $50 per person.

PLAYERS IN THE LEAGUE MUST BE 18+ AND CANNOT BE IN HIGH SCHOOL.

License must be shown to verify those on roster before games.

Only one currently active college basketball/professional player is allowed per team.

(All participants must complete waiver forms to participate, these will be given out to the Captain when they register their team.)
