Through interaction within our camps, leading activities, team-building projects, and teaching activities, CITs get hands-on experience on what it means to be a leader within a day camp setting while providing general job skills.
The daily performance of each CIT is carefully evaluated, and suggestions for growth are provided. However, participation in the program does not guarantee a staff position.
