Self-Care for the Care Givers. Presented by Michelle Petty from Carolina Caring of Shelby.
Michelle will be speaking about the importance of care givers mental health. They spend so much time caring for others, they don’t take care of themselves. There will be an assortment of muffins to munch on.

Shena Hopper will conduct a Bingo and do a Medicare 101, for any senior that would like information about Medicare. She will provide snacks, drinks, and prizes

Listen and Learn/Scams and Fraud
