Intermediate Kick Boxing - Quinten Chen
Kick boxing is a stand-up combat sport, where fighters are not allowed to to take the fight to the ground. It is fast-paced and combines both boxing and kicking in one swirling melee of a bout. It’s a great cardio workout for anyone trying to get or stay in shape.
Cost for members: $50 per month or $7 per class
Cost for Non-members: $60 per month or $8 per class
Class times: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8 PM
