A Personal Trainer can be a wonderful resource and of great benefit to anyone who is trying to improve their health and fitness level.

Our trainers assess their clients’ current fitness levels and goals in order to create personalized and engaging workout plans. They provide guidance, demonstrate and teach proper form, and monitor their clients’ progress on a regular basis.

A Person Trainer can help you stay on track by providing accountability and ensuring safety during your workouts.

  • One 30minute session –  $20
  • One 60 minute session –  $40
  • Six 60 minute sessions –  $210
  • Twelve 60 minute sessions – $360

She is trained as a group exercise instructor and has a vast knowledge of general nutrition.  She has overcome many health struggles through diet and exercise, so is able to connect with her clients and understand their fitness needs. When working with clients, Jada creates personalized exercise plans based on each individuals specific goals.

Ke’Lee has been an active athlete since the age of nine, but developed a love and passion for fitness when he was introduced to it after college. Ke’Lee will coach you through your custom fitness plan. Custom workouts will be created just for you to help you achieve your goals.
