Ruby C. Hunt Swim Lessons
Swimming is not only a vital life skill but also an excellent form of exercise and an exciting sport. At the YMCA, we use a variety of engaging techniques to help children conquer their fears, gain confidence in the water, and develop lifelong swimming abilities. With over 100 years of experience, the YMCA offers a safe and supportive environment for both kids and adults to enjoy aquatics. There’s no better time than now for you or your child to learn how to swim. Our progressive swim lessons ensure that everyone can continually build on their skills at every stage.
Our swim sessions are grounded in the YMCA’s Safety Around Water guidelines, ensuring a strong emphasis on safety from the very start. On the first day, we prioritize helping participants understand the significance of water safety and feel at ease in and around water!
