The Loft - Functional Training Center (NEW)
Open May of 2019, this diverse space is about BUILDING COMMUNITY, and ENABLING ACHIEVEMENT for all ages and abilities. Functional fitness trains your muscles to work together and prepares them for daily tasks by simulating movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. It trains your whole body while emphasizing core stability. Complete with all essential functional training equipment, and staffed by certified instructors and personal trainers, we offer a growing number of functional training classes, athletic conditioning, olympic lifting, personal and group training, as well as specialty classes for kids, teens, adults, and senior adults. Whether it’s a child seeking the next level of athletic ability, a senior desiring to regain their mobility and independence, mom’s and dad’s wanting to improve quality of life and health, an everyday athlete wanting to meet the demands of life or special fitness events, or a performance athlete seeking to be in your best form, the LOFT and our staff there are here to help you achieve your goals, and connect you with a circle of like-minded friends to make the process fun and fulfilling. Your goals, numbers, or statistics are kept, and we provide you with the plan, motivation and accountability to get you to where you want to be. YOUTH Athletic Performance Training Program (Flyer)
HOMESCHOOL P.E. - A fun and exciting program that engages students in active games, sports, and adventures that develop their strength, coordination, agility and socialization. It also teaches students fundamental principles of health and wellness, so they are equipped and inspired to pursue a healthy lifestyle. The focus changes monthly to provide a balanced and never boring experience, and is led by personal trainers who are parent’s themselves.
· Y Members/Non Member $40/50 per month and Additional Children $15/20
· Pay the semester and save! $130/170 and Additional Children $60/80

Livestrong at the YMCA for Cancer Survivors
FREE FITNESS ORIENTATION - We believe that the more you know about our fitness center, the more likely you are to enjoy your exercise experience. In a fitness appointment, knowledgeable staff will teach you how to use equipment correctly and safely. We'll help you put your goals in motion with a personalized fitness plan you will want to keep doing using our FITLINXX tracking system. Personal Training - Achieve your goals through the knowledge, experience, motivation, and accountability that a personal trainer can provide. Whether you purchase a single session, or an multi-session package, you will see the benefit of having the assistance of a professional. Fitness Challenges - We have fitness challenges throughout the year to help you reach your wellness and fitness goals. In addition to the gratification of "mission accomplished," those completing the challenges usually also qualify for rewards from the Y, such as T-shirts or other prizes.

Water Fitness Classes - We meet Monday through Friday at 9am at the KM High School Pool for a great Water Fitness class led by Cynthia and Ricky.
Jingle Bell Rockin' Run (Saturday, Dec.7, 2019)
Healthy Kids Day (April 27, 9am - Noon at Davidson Park Soccer fields in Kings Mtn.) We will have inflatables, vendors, and our athletic conditioning coaches will be doing demo's, as well as our Martial Arts staff to inspire kids to new areas of ability and achievement!
