Livestrong at the YMCA for Cancer Survivors

Free Fitness Orientation - We believe that the more you know about our fitness center, the more likely you are to enjoy your exercise experience. In a Wellness Orientation, knowledgeable Coaches will teach you how to use equipment correctly and safely to help you more effectively reach your goals. We'll help you set your goals in motion with a personalized fitness plan tailored to you! Make your free appointment by visiting the front desk at your branch today!


Our personal trainers can help you take the next step towards wellness, design a program that helps you meet your specific goals and break through fitness and performance barriers. 


Training Packages

1 Session: $40.00

6 Sessions ($35.00 each): $210.00

12 Sessions ($30.00 each): $360.00

Any group training with two (2) or more people with be $25.00 per person per session.

Caroline works well with all ages and levels. She strives to help clients reach their personal physical goals.

  • Kim Fortenberry A.F.F.A Certified

Kim works well with all ages and levels. Her goal is to make every session fun and effective. Her goal is to give you the confidence you need to get in shape.

  • Carl Greene A.F.F.A Certified

Carl works well with all ages and levels. His goal is to develop a fun and challenging plan that clients can implement into everyday life while using proper technique and form.

  • Jay Jackson A.F.F.A Certified

Jay works well with all ages and levels. He specializes in weight loss and strength training. His goal is to help clients reach their goals.

  • Devin McEntire A.C.S.M (EP-C) Certified

Devin works well with all ages and levels. He is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Exercise Physiologist. He is certified to work with people who have Metabolic Diseases such as diabetes, but is also proficient in the practices of Weight Management and Strength Training. His goal is to help clients transform their lives through physical fitness and exercise. He believes that obstacles provide an opportunity to reach one's goals.

  • Olivia Thompson A.C.E Certified

Olivia works well with all ages and backgrounds. She especially loves working with the female population to empower them to grow in their own personal identity as they pursue and reach their goals.

Water Fitness Classes - 


Families Run Strong is the YMCA's newest initiative. This after school program uses the power of running to help prepare young boys and girls (and their families) for a lifetime of healthy living. Through interactive activities such as running, playing games, and discussing important issues, participants learn how to celebrate being healthy. The program focuses on building self-esteem and improving emotional and physical health. During the 12-week program, participants are empowered with a greater self-awareness, a sense of achievement and a foundation in team building to help them become strong, contented and self-confident.
