Welcome to the Girls Club YMCA
The purpose of the Cleveland County Girls' Club is to promote physical, social, cultural, vocational and personal development in school age girls. Positive leaders and role models that enlighten the children as they strive to become good citizens accomplish this. The programmed activities provides opportunities for each girl to build self-esteem. The Girls' Club is a place where each girl is accepted as a person of worth and value and where continuous opportunities are provided for her to develop control over her life and to assume responsibility for her choices. Program Hours School Days: 2:30pm - 6:00pm Teacher Workdays: 7:30am - 5:15pm Holidays & Summer: 7: 30am - 5:15pm Membership Information Any Kindergarten through 8th grade girl in Cleveland County, regardless of race or creed may join. The membership fee is $50 for one month throughout the school year. A membership form, completed by a parent or guardian, is required.
