From schools to corporate groups to family reunions, Teambuilding and Leadership Development Programs are a great way to create and develop the community within your group.
Work along with the Ruby C Hunt's Program staff to design and develop a program that will meet the goals and objectives of your group. Below are a few examples of what we offer:
Climbing Wall – Come take a climb on our indoor climbing wall. With eight routes of varying difficulty, a great experience is guaranteed. There are numerous team building exercises that can be held on the wall that will focus on communication and trust skills.
***NEW Guided Climbing Trips – Have you ever wanted to experience the sensation of climbing in the great outdoors? One of our seasoned climbing staff will guide you on a day or weekend trip to one of the local climbing areas. Contact Daniel at dwoodard@clevecoymca.org for more information and to get a customized trip set up for you or your group!
New Games – Icebreakers, team builders, and great fun! They can be used anywhere and any time and always relax a group that is in a new and unfamiliar place. These games focus on getting to know each other and creating a feeling of excitement for the next experience.
Wilderness Initiative Course – In another world, other rules apply! Return to the forest where you will combine orienteering and low ropes course challenges. Plan on being off-trail, bush-whacking, hiking and scrambling but it’s all done at the groups pace and is therefore a great team building program. Be prepared, this activity is designed to put you into settings and conversations outside of your comfort zone. When traveling through the woods, or in life, natural challenges take place. Expect to give or receive a helping hand as you and your group solve problems traversing the land. Generally this event is best done including lunch. We can also weave many themes into this program. Ask us how we can enhance this experience to meet your needs!
